INTERIOR ARCHITECTURE AND INTERIOR DESIGN PACKAGE

If you have a large or complex renovation project in mind, our Interior Architecture and Design service will be the ticket for you. By producing all our CAD drawings in house, we deliver beautiful interiors through the spatial adaptation of an existing footprint. From lighting and electrical layouts to designing upholstered walls and secret doors we can ensure that all your tradesmen work off a coherent set of plans and elevations. We will work closely with you to understand your requirements before producing comprehensive mood boards that compile colour and soft furnishing schemes. Sourcing antiques, light fittings and artwork to complete the designed look and create the ambience desired is something that many of our clients require. We also offer a bespoke furniture design service so you can have the perfect size sofa for your snug room or beautiful joinery from a wardrobe to a bathroom cabinet.

ONLINE INTERIOR DESIGN PACKAGE: £840 for one room

Have you been struggling to finish a particular room in your home? Overwhelmed by endless paint colours? Going round in circles trying to achieve a look you’ve seen on social media? After many clients asked us for some ‘top up help’, we now offer a fixed-fee design for a single room, giving you a clear plan to follow.

The package is for one room of up to 20 sq m. We’ll create a new layout for the space, together with a colour scheme with paint colours and suggested furniture, flooring, lighting and accessories. Your design is tailored to your style, informed by our detailed questionnaire and planned within your budget. For rooms over 20 sq m, please get in touch and we’ll quote for your space.

How it works

  1. Complete our detailed questionnaire and send us photos of your room along with a floor plan or measurements.

  2. We meet for a 1 hour online consultation to talk through how you use the space, what you love and what isn’t working.

  3. Within two weeks of receiving all your information, we’ll send you a digital design presentation including a mood board, your colour scheme and paint colours, a floor plan showing the furniture layout and a list of suggested pieces.

Revisions are not included and can be added at £144 inc. VAT per hour.

Buying your pieces

Once you’re happy with your design, we can order everything for you, including trade-only pieces you won’t find on the high street. If you go on to our full design service within three months, your fee is credited in full against your design fees.
